INTERLIBRARY LOAN
- This service is available for academic/ professional/ management and postgraduate students. For this service, the library will borrow unavailable materials in HCTM Library from other universities either from branch libraries in UKM or from external libraries. For ILL service, ILL form is provided and needs to be filled up with complete details.

DOCUMENT DELIVERY SYSTEM (DDS)
- This service is available for academic/ professional/ management and postgraduate students. From this service, the library will get the articles from other local or overseas libraries. For DDS service, requester has to provide the details of the article that they want to request. Request can be made through the HCTM Library portal.

INFORMATION SKILL COURSE
- Information Skills courses are provided in the library to improve the information searching skills effectively for the needs of learning, teaching and research. The courses are scheduled or to be requested from library user.

PAY PER VIEW
- This service provides journal articles from several databases that were not subscribed by the library. This service is free of charge. Request can be made through iQuest system (http://www.iquest.net.my)

NEW ARRIVAL
- New arrivals books from the library will be displayed and can be borrowed by the library user. The purpose of the display is to promote the newly purchased books to the library user.

- Applications for the purchase of new books/media/theses are limited to UKM residents (lecturers/researchers/staffs/postgraduate students).

INFORMATION PACKAGE
- This service provides assistance/advice to students and staff in information search for their research projects, working papers and coursework. The librarian will perform a literature search on your topic in the appropriate databases and will provide a list of references.

- Books loan and delivery service to the customer in HCTM Library. The requested books will be delivered to customers at PHCTM Counter. Request will depend on the availability status of the book. Book on loan to other customer cannot be supplied temporarily. Status of the book can be checked through gemilang.ukm.my.
